"Avenging The Exodus . . . has the making of a mind-spinnin, breathtaking, dollar grabbing movie. . . '' The Jerusalem Post COMPLEX, CUNNING AND COMPELLING With a story that pulls you in and holds you precariously, Ehab Abunuwara mines the depths of our beliefs with a tale of multiple religions, the magic of the spirit, and the overwhelming pull history has on all of us. Through his central character, Kerry, Abunuwara points out what most of us are never brave enough to admit, sometimes we haven't a clue why we end up where we do. No doubt more then one reader will step back and take note of, and learn from this character's transformation as she solves that mystery. With the assistance of a rabbi, a sheik, a minister, and a couple of professors, Kerry gets a very quick lesson in religious history. At times it's a bit mind-boggling, but Abunuwara uses it perfectly throughout the book to keep us up to speed with the dizzying array of ideas that one could come up with should they get the notion that they are Pharaoh returned from the dead and ready once again to rule the earth. Lucky for us, our protagonist has learned her lessons well and knows exactly when to go against the would-be god and stand up for the millions whose lives he would sacrifice to reach his goal.
